Sleep goal achieved on July 12, 2015 at 12:45AM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep July 12, 2015 at 12:45AM for 6h 45m (28.43% deep sleep) and woke up July 12, 2015 at 08:45AM.
