Sleep goal achieved on July 10, 2015 at 11:00PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep July 10, 2015 at 11:00PM for 9h 12m (36.89% deep sleep) and woke up July 11, 2015 at 08:50AM.
