Sleep goal achieved on July 06, 2015 at 11:30PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep July 06, 2015 at 11:30PM for 7h 25m (45.16% deep sleep) and woke up July 07, 2015 at 06:55AM.
