Sleep goal achieved on July 05, 2015 at 12:45AM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep July 05, 2015 at 12:45AM for 6h 31m (50.59% deep sleep) and woke up July 05, 2015 at 07:30AM.
