Sleep goal achieved on July 01, 2015 at 11:00PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep July 01, 2015 at 11:00PM for 7h 51m (41.84% deep sleep) and woke up July 02, 2015 at 06:45AM.
