Sleep goal achieved on June 23, 2015 at 10:55PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep June 23, 2015 at 10:55PM for 7h 9m (34.48% deep sleep) and woke up June 24, 2015 at 06:00AM.
