Sleep goal achieved on June 14, 2015 at 12:10AM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep June 14, 2015 at 12:10AM for 7h 44m (35.42% deep sleep) and woke up June 14, 2015 at 07:45AM.
