Sleep goal achieved on June 06, 2015 at 10:45PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep June 06, 2015 at 10:45PM for 8h 30m (50.0% deep sleep) and woke up June 07, 2015 at 08:15AM.
