Sleep goal achieved on May 23, 2015 at 12:30AM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep May 23, 2015 at 12:30AM for 7h 10m (40.38% deep sleep) and woke up May 23, 2015 at 08:50AM.
