Sleep goal achieved on May 23, 2015 at 10:00PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep May 23, 2015 at 10:00PM for 9h 24m (29.51% deep sleep) and woke up May 24, 2015 at 07:40AM.
