Sleep goal achieved on May 16, 2015 at 10:10PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep May 16, 2015 at 10:10PM for 8h 35m (33.96% deep sleep) and woke up May 17, 2015 at 06:25AM.
