Sleep goal achieved on May 08, 2015 at 10:55PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep May 08, 2015 at 10:55PM for 6h 57m (37.5% deep sleep) and woke up May 09, 2015 at 06:00AM.
