Sleep goal achieved on April 29, 2015 at 10:45PM

Getting enough sleep is really important to health and happiness. Last night, I managed to achieve my sleep goal of 6 hours or more. I fell asleep April 29, 2015 at 10:45PM for 7h 23m (30.85% deep sleep) and woke up April 30, 2015 at 06:20AM.
